Access to and use of the Site implies full and complete acceptance of these Terms and Conditions by any user (hereinafter "the User").

The Site offers services related to well-being and personalized health, including:

• The administration of a health questionnaire developed with a scientific committee ,
• The recommendation of personalized products (dietary supplements),
• Ordering and delivering these products in Morocco,
• Personalized support.
  

3. Access to the Site

The User declares to be a natural person aged at least 18 years , or to be authorized by his legal representative.

Access to the Site is free and open to all, excluding internet connection costs. Some services may require the creation of an account.

Procure reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to all or part of the Site, particularly in the event of a violation of these Terms and Conditions.

4. Account Creation

Some features require the creation of a personal account. To this end, the User agrees to:

• To provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information,
• To protect the confidentiality of your login credentials,
• Notify immediately of any unauthorized use.

The User is solely responsible for the activity on their account.

Procure cannot be held responsible:

• The consequences of an erroneous self-assessment,
• From inappropriate use of the products offered,
• Incorrect information provided by the User.

7. Intellectual Property

All elements of the Site (texts, visuals, logos, trademarks, videos, software, structure, database, etc.) are protected by intellectual property rights.

Any reproduction or extraction, in whole or in part, without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Moroccan law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Casablanca .
